PECK CIVIL performed the detailed preliminary analysis that drove the resolution of the site design, along with driveway access, gates, motor court, and entry sequence to the residence. PECK provided code analysis, soils review, feasibility of slope remediation and soils response, analysis of property transfer issues, including evaluating multiple lot tie and lot split scenarios, along with off-site grading considerations. In the second phase of design PECK CIVIL provided cut and fill calculations, LID water capture strategies, driveway access design, and the design of terraces, yards, cut slopes and fill slopes. PECK also provides ongoing water quality monitoring and consulting under California State Requirements.
