This project is a design by McLean Architects in the Trousdale Estates area of Beverly Hills. The two story residence has open air light wells and extensive underground work requiring an extensive perimeter shoring system. PECK is responsible for the Civil and Structural design.

On the Civil side, PECK is designing cistern tanks that are within the footprint of the building - under the basement slab to collect rainwater for use for irrigation.

On the Structural side, PECK has designed the perimeter shoring, the basement walls and columns, as well as the ground level two way slab and beam system, which is tightly integrated with the access ramps to parking, pedestal deck systems, planters, level changes, the double shell pools and water features, and the building structures above. PECK is also designing wood and steel system above the ground level, featuring large expanses of glazing and indoor-outdoor spaces.
